    This rental company is a joke. We rented a cabin on the lake from them. The cabin itself was just okay, nothing spectacular for the cost. It was not well built but was fine for the family getaway. The amenities do not exist though you pay luxury rates, this was by far no luxury cabin. We rented the River Lake Lodge, which has since been purchased according to the lawn care guy. So I'll break this down quickly
    Pros:
    Decently private
    Boat dock
    Large home

    Cons:
    Old beds
    Old linens
    Old technology for luxury price
    TV downstairs did not work.
    Game room missing lots of pieces to games
    Walk to dock is down very steep hill.
    Management company is very petty.
    10 am check out time, even though they want you to do their laundry for them
    They don't discuss important details that would hinder rental

    So we were charged a clean up fee because they claimed we broke a screen door, which we certainly did not. They also charged a fee because a piece of wood was used in the grill. When I didn't even use their grill as I had brought my own. In fact the lady at the rental place even commented on seeing my grill with me. I find it funny that this company also requires you to wash the towels you use, and to remove all linens from beds so they can be more efficient yet they will complain if someone uses the hot tub. Well I will never rent from them again and I'll make sure all of my social media friends steer clear of them as well. There are much better rental places out there, please use one of those and not give this company your business.
